Fastening with the FlexBase iSENSE

Your baby car seat can be installed in the car in no time at all. There is an audible “click” for correct installation. While the base remains securely attached in the car, you can remove the infant car seat with your baby in it easily without any effort and without disturbing your child.

The support leg gives additional stability. It minimises the tilting and rotational motions, and reduces the forces that occur in the event of a collision. A visual display shows you when the support leg is safely on the ground.

The adjustable support leg provides more legroom and safety. It can be adjusted by 8 degrees, making it easy to adapt to the backrest of the car’s seat.

Newborn insert for comfortable car journeys

Right from the very first day, the included newborn insert not only provides plenty of comfort, but also ergonomic safety. The shock-absorbing foam padding protects your baby and gives them extra support.

iSENSE – smart lights

The smart lighting technology stands for practical installation and safety lights, as well as comfortable interior lighting. The various lights in and on the infant car seat make everyday life easier for you. The installation lights ensure a particularly easy attachment. As soon as the infant car seat is moved, they are activated automatically. Both the attachment in the car on the base, or in connection with the stroller can be done in no time at all. The installation lights switch off automatically and the safety lights switch on when it is dark. That way, you and your little one will be seen well even in the dark. You can of course also switch the lights on and off manually for flexible use.

The interior lighting ensures a pleasant atmosphere. For this purpose, the lights are located on the left and right of the headrest and can be adjusted in three different stages. Your baby can orientate themselves and see better in the dark, and of course you can also have an eye on your little passenger at all times. A reassuring feeling for the whole family.

Elaborate handle

The built-in carrying handle can be adjusted backwards at just the push of a button. Your baby can comfortably get in and out of their car seat. When you put the baby car seat down, you can put the handle all the way back, then it no longer rocks but stands safe and secure.

Patented reclining mechanism

Everything for a healthy start in life: The Baby-Safe 3 has a lying mechanism for an optimal lying position in the infant car seat. When adjusting the headrest, the lying position is adjusting simultaneously in every stage of your child’s growth. By using the FlexBase, you can adjust the angle and position of the base installed in the car even more optimally – for maximum ergonomic comfort. It allows you to adjust the angle in six ergonomic positions. This way, a healthy reclining position in the infant car seat and child car seat is achieved with every journey and in every car.

Compatibility ensures more freedom

The new Britax Römer baby car seat can also be used as a super practical travel system on many strollers (additional adapters required). The additional flexible mobility and the resulting comfort for you and your baby give you unlimited freedom of movement.

Stylish premium covers

The high quality of the fabrics and the improved fit offers your child a great premium appearance. The fabrics are even softer and particularly chic and cosy. If the cover gets dirty, it can be removed and machine washed easily.
