Isofix installation with the new FlexBase iSENSE for maximum safety and comfort

The Dualfix iSENSE child car seat by Britax Römer, which is part of the new modular system, can only be used in conjunction with the FlexBase iSENSE. This is included in the delivery.

Simply click on the FlexBase iSENSE (not included in the delivery) and it offers outstanding protection and cosy comfort for all trips ahead until your child is four years old.

The rotating base is attached to your vehicle by using the Isofix anchor hooks. These can be extended, which makes connecting and disconnecting much easier. The FlexBase must then be pushed all the way back to the vehicle’s seat. The support leg is responsible for additional stability. It minimises the tilting and rotational motions and reduces the forward-moving forces that occur in the event of a collision. A visual indicator shows you when the support leg is safely on the ground.

The adjustable support bar provides more legroom and safety. It can be adjusted by 8 degrees, making it easy to adapt to the vehicle backrest.

Rear-facing position – the safest position for your child

The Dualfix iSENSE enables you as a flexible reboarder car seat to transport your child in a rear-facing mode up to the age of 4 years.

In the event of a frontal collision – the most common type of traffic accidents – rear-facing child car seats offer the best protection. The force of the impact is optimally absorbed and cushioned by the back of the child car seat. At the same time, the forces acting are distributed evenly over the head, neck and upper body. Therefore, we recommend transporting your child in a rear-facing mode in the car for as long as possible.

360° rotation function – parents love the ease of use

The rotation function allows you to simply turn the seat towards the car’s door so that you can effortlessly put your child in the seat and buckle them up. From a body height of 76 cm, the rotatable child car seat makes it possible to transport your little one in a forward-facing mode. In order to offer your child the best possible protection, we recommend letting your child ride in a rear-facing position for as long as possible. When they are old and tall enough, switching to the forward-facing position is quick and easy.

Comfortable and stress-free trips

In order to always give your child a comfortable ride, you can make individual settings at any time. The comfortable rear-facing car seat features six sitting and resting positions that can be easily adjusted.
