The installation with the Isofix anchor points guarantees a secure attachment in your vehicle at all times. The seat is always firmly attached to the car, even when your child is not in it. As an alternative, the Kidfix i-Size can also be attached by using the vehicle's own belt system. The belt positioners ensure correct installation.

Details for optimal protection

In case of an accident, Britax Römer has developed a shock-absorbing cushion – the XP-PAD. It prevents the chin of your child from hitting the chest and reduces the forces acting on it. A forward movement of the head is reduced and the neck is protected.

The SecureGuard represents an additional fourth fastening point when buckling up your child. It ensures perfect positioning over the pelvic bone and protects the sensitive abdominal area. The side impact protection technology – SICT – is located on both outer side wings. Use these on the side of the car seat that is facing the door, because they reduce the forces of a side impact by up to 40%.

The seat shell with the high backrest ensures protection from the head to the hips. You can easily adjust the headrest to the growth of your child. Practical markings on the back help with correct positioning.
