Broken Product

 

In rare cases it may happen that the product you purchased is not functioning. We want a fast processing of your concern. Therefore we ask you to remember the following points:

- Please proceed carefully with the device, the accessories and the packaging to. If you make your 14-day right of cancellation, the products is complete and free from signs of use back to us. Only then you can be refunded the full invoice amount.

- In the case of transport damage, please report it immediately at +49 (0) 3695 / 85380-0. The damage must be known within 5 days after delivery, otherwise we can not resolve this. Please do not throw the packaging along with over packing away!

- In case of malfunctions, it is often the quickest way to contact the manufacturer. The most recent phone numbers can be found in the manual of your purchased product. Of course we're glad to help.

- To avoid delays in claim processing, please send us an email to info@kidsroom.de with the following contents:

1. Customer number

2. Item number and Item Name

3. What is broken? For any externally visible damage photos are useful.
