Instruction of revocation

To use your right to cancellation, you must inform us (Kidsroom.de GmbH & Co. KG, Am Langen Streif 11, 36433 Bad Salzungen, Tel.: +49(0)3695 / 85380- 0, Fax: +49(0)3695 / 85380- 29, Email: info@kidsroom.de) with a clear explanation (e.g. with a letter sent in the post, fax or email) about your decision to cancel this contract. You can use the attached sample cancellation form for this but this is not mandatory.

You can also fill out and submit the sample cancellation form or another unique declaration to our email address (widerruf@kidsroom.de). Once you have made use of this option, we will send you confirmation of the receipt of such a cancellation immediately (e.g. by email).

You can ensure that the cancellation period does not expire before you use it by sending the notification of your choice to exercise your right of cancellation
before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of cancellation

In the event that you decide to cancel this agreement, we are obliged to return any payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (except for additional costs arising from choosing a delivery method other than the cheapest, standard delivery offered by us) without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which the notice of cancellation for this contract is received. The refund will be processed using the same payment method used in the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no instance will fees be charged for this refund. We may refuse to refund payments until we have received the goods again or until you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever is sooner.

You must return or hand over the goods promptly and in any case no later than fourteen days from the date on which you have informed us about the cancellation of this agreement. The deadline is guaranteed if you send the goods before the fourteen day period expires. You must bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You will only be liable for any possible loss in value of the goods, if this loss in value is attributable to any handling that is not necessary for the testing of the quality, properties and function of the goods.

End of the right to cancellation

Agreement

The customer agrees with kidsroom.de and acknowledges that they are to bear the cost of returning the goods if the goods sent are those which were ordered.
