Kidsroom.de delivers to more than 80 countries internationally and thus makes sure that parents all around the world can take advantage of baby items. On this page you will get an overview of our shipping costs and delivery conditions.

So that you always know when to expect your delivery, you will receive an automatic email after we send your goods. Here you will find the personal tracking number for your delivery with which you can keep an eye on the status of your delivery on the website of our logistics partner (DHL / DPD) .
With a customer account at kidsroom.de, you can see all of your orders easily at: My Account -> My Orders -> Tracking.

If you can’t find the email with your tracking number or accidentally delete it, our customer service team will be happy to help you. Please have your order number ready.

At kidsroom.de we deliver to more than 80 countries internationally and are constantly working to expand our delivery area to guarantee as many parents as possible around the world access to high quality baby items.

Our delivery costs depend on the delivery area. We distinguish between Germany, EU and non-EU international for this purpose.

The cost of delivery within Germany is €4.99 (standard delivery).

Shipping costs for delivery in the EU are calculated precisely according to country zone and weight. Unlike with a fixed amount, the precise calculation allows you to always get a cheaper delivery.

outside of the EU

Unfortunately it is not possible to offer free delivery

For deliveries to countries outside of the European Union, we do not calculate VAT. Delivery costs are calculated according to country zone and weight and guarantee you will always get cheaper delivery costs.

Please be aware that we will not be able to pay any incidental costs upon entry to your country. Please inform yourself about the precise import regulations and fees in your country in advance.

Where can I see the exact delivery costs for my delivery?

To always know what delivery costs you will have to pay and so that you can have an overview of your total sum, select your delivery country from the drop down list on our sidebar (Your delivery country) in your basket. The exact delivery costs are calculated immediately by our system according to country zone and total weight and shown to you in the your basket. This calculation guarantees you will always pay the cheapest delivery costs.
